Kim Moyer is a licensed realtor (2002) accomplished in contractually representing clients in all matters of purchasing, selling, and leasing real estate properties. Beginning in 2010, she worked as a compliance broker and interim broker for Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty, reviewing an average of 115 contracts per week. As a realtor, she has developed extensive expertise in the area of vintage homes, with an emphasis on historic guidelines. She has purchased, designed, and restored properties across both Chattanooga and Maryville, Tennessee. In 2017, she founded From Contract to Keys in an effort to make the contract to closing duties of Realtors and their clients a smoother and happier process. Thus, replacing administrative tasks with valuable time, so Realtors can focus on sales instead of paperwork. Kim enjoys bringing a level of professionalism and efficiency to her Realtor clients that she believes allows them to shine and create partnerships one sold home at a time.
She has been married to her husband Patrick for 37 years, and together they have three children and three grandchildren. A lover of the outdoors, she can often be found hiking, walking around downtown Maryville, relaxing on her porch in the College Hill historic district, staging and rehabbing homes. She describes her passion as “all things vintage: homes, people, antique finds, and great old Southern porches.”
